We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

This is a unique chance to provide rehabilitation expertise to clients on a fly-in-fly-out or drive-in-drive-out basis, working closely with them to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals who share your commitment to providing excellent customer care and making a positive impact in the community.

How You'll Make an Impact
  1. You will undertake assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  2. You will design and implement intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  3. You will identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
  4. You will understand healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to reach their wellness and recovery goals.
  5. You will liaise with clients, families, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
What You'll Bring
  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy (AHPRA)

  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • Commitment to high-level customer service
  • Willingness to work in the community (must have driver's license and access to own vehicle)
  • Current or eligible for a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
