We are seeking a skilled and courteous Hotel Host to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure and provide exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet all guests warmly, assist with luggage, valet and transport, and respond to any queries or requests.
  • Room Moves and Luggage Delivery: Ensure seamless room moves and luggage deliveries, following standard operating procedures.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Maintain public areas and equipment in immaculate condition, reporting any issues to management.
  • Security Liaison: Communicate with Security regarding unattended luggage and ensure guest safety.
Requirements:
  • Competency Card: Hold a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card.
  • Australian Driver Licence: Possess a valid Australian Driver Licence or IDP equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Have positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Be able to work flexible hours and adapt to changing situations.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Service Commitment: Show commitment to delivering high levels of service and responding to guest requests.
  • Grooming Standards: Maintain excellent grooming standards at all times.
