Senior Cybersecurity Architect

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead our end-to-end tactical security across infrastructure, product, blockchain systems, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a company-wide security strategy that aligns with regulatory obligations and business objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive security program to protect company assets, data, and infrastructure.
- Lead and evolve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) program, including ownership of ISO 27001 audits, risk assessments, and policies.
- Oversee the security of infrastructure, applications, networks, and cloud services.
- Guide cryptographic strategy, including security controls for blockchain-based applications and smart contracts, secure key management, and encryption protocols.
- 8+ years' experience in security engineering, preferably in fintech or regulated industries.
- Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on expertise in infrastructure, cloud security (Azure, AWS), and secure networking.
- Strong background in application security, secure software development, and DevSecOps.
