About the Role

This full-time position at Bedford offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disability. As an Employee Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing a person-centred approach, ensuring our supported employees are at the centre of decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilise a case management approach to assist employees with disability to identify strategies to achieve their workplace goals
  • Listen to the thoughts, goals, concerns, and aspirations of our employees with disability
  • Assist in the navigation of day-to-day challenges, including incident management, behaviours of concern, and advocacy
  • Regularly complete service delivery reviews for employees with disability
  • Complete accurate and detailed wage assessment documentation using the appropriate Fair Work Award instrument
About You

We welcome applications from individuals with a qualification in disability, mental health, developmental education, or psychology. A Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desirable, but not essential. You will possess a genuine passion for supporting people of all abilities to achieve their goals and dreams.
