Disability Support Assistant

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team of Disability Support Workers in New South Wales. As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities.
The role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and wish to pursue a career in the disability sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Disability Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct support to customers across a range of needs, including domestic and personal care assistance and community access.
- Creating safe and nurturing environments for customers in supported independent living settings (SIL/Group Homes).
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Ability to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- A willingness to learn new software and programs.
- A valid driver's license and smartphone.
