Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conducting valuations and preparing detailed reports within stipulated timeframes is a key responsibility of this role.
  2. Assessing current market activity and analysing comparable sales data is crucial in providing accurate valuations.
  3. We utilise mobile technology for field inspections, ensuring timely and efficient completion of valuations.
  4. Building effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders is vital to our success.
  5. Adhering to quality reporting standards and audit processes ensures the accuracy and reliability of our valuations.
  6. Maintaining client relations and ensuring compliance with service level agreements are essential to delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
  1. Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) or Residential Property Valuer (RPV) qualification is highly desirable.
  2. API Membership, Certificate of Compliance, and Risk Management Certificate are also required.
  3. Proven experience completing property valuations is essential.
  4. Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  5. A highly organised and efficient approach to work is critical in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  6. The ability to work under pressure and as part of a team is essential.
