Job Description

The role of a Data Solutions Project Manager is pivotal in bridging external user needs with internal capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for deepening customer understanding and translating insights into tailored data-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the organisation's operational requirements.

This position involves science and information technology components with both national and international scope. It requires demonstrated experience in these domains and a qualification in project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers and leadership to deliver customer solutions aligned with operations and strategic goals.
  • Eembed governance, ensure data security and compliance, and drive performance optimisation.
  • Lead on cross-disciplinary solutions or coordinate and oversee integration activities across various specialist areas.

The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of the role to support stakeholders through proactive engagement to anticipate and accommodate future developments.

The role reports to the Manager, National Security and Space Capability Delivery, and has project management responsibilities that involve aligning customer goals with organisational and technical requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in science and information technology domains is mandatory. A qualification in project management is also essential.
