We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at C&K Caloundra Childcare Centre.
Estimated Salary:$31-$35 per hour plus salary sacrificing options.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a passionate and dedicated team of professionals who are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children from 6 weeks to 5 years old.
As an Early Childhood Education Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding the learning and development of children, so they become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.
You will work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment that fosters a life-long love of learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
You will bring a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families, and the community alongside a team-player mindset.
