Senior Educator Role
Goodstart Early Learning seeks a dedicated Senior Educator to lead a team of Educators in delivering exceptional educational programmes. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to develop and implement educational programmes.
- Lead a team of Educators to achieve better outcomes for children.

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
