Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to lead our front of house operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement drink service strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Train and develop new and existing staff members in bar operations, focusing on quality standards and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability through effective inventory management and promotions.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all drink service, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Ensure accurate recording of stock levels and orders through the point of sales system.
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all customers, responding to their needs promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in running drinks and/or food when the floor staff are busy with other customers.
  • Attend monthly meetings with management to review performance targets and goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a bar with cocktail making experience.
  • Knowledge of operating POS systems, including back-end programming.
