Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to foster and maintain strong client relationships, driving growth through strategic lending initiatives and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture client connections to cater to their diverse lending needs.
  • Manage each transaction seamlessly from application to settlement, incorporating lending strategy, credit approval, documentation, and settlement processes.
  • Develop and implement effective client retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with administrative support and provide guidance as required.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions.

For success in this position, you will require relevant work experience, proficiency in meeting deadlines, strong interpersonal skills, prior knowledge of the banking or broking industry, and a comprehensive understanding of financial analysis.
