  • Analyse sales and store performance data to continually optimise visual strategy and improve customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within high-volume apparel retail.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing VM teams to drive business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn strategy into creative execution.
  • Expertise in creating planograms, visual briefs, and campaign rollouts that meet business objectives.
