We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team at the Gympie Aquatic Recreation Centre. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating day-to-day operations of the facility
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Providing leadership and coaching to team members

Requirements
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong leadership experience with an ability to inspire others
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- An understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and public safety applications within their facility
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Current Pool Operations Certificate
