We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve high-quality results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Food and Beverage Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating events, and curating seasonal menus while interacting with a diverse range of visitors.

The role involves assisting with organizing front-of-house team members, leading a large team to deliver high-quality customer service, and supporting the delivery of services and functions. You will also ensure that all company policies and procedures are applied and establish, maintain, and monitor quality customer service practices.

Requirements
  • An experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader with a passion for exceptional service
  • A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it's done
  • Barista experience with high-volume coffee handling
  • Previous function and event experience, both intimate and large scale
