Facility Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Facility Operations Coordinator at Woolworths Kilmore. This is a part-time or casual opportunity that requires flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, including weekends.

As a Facility Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine store environment, ensuring trolleys are available, and supporting waste processing routines. You will be fully trained to operate various equipment and have access to tools that make your job easier and safer.

• Complete daily tasks allocated in the planner, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys bays, and emptying bins.
• Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
• Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
• Assist customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Physical fitness to handle physically demanding tasks.
• The ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
• Flexibility to work in different environments, such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
• Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
• A good eye for cleanliness and small details.
