Principal - Student Wellbeing and Community Building

This senior leadership role supports the Principal in building a vibrant Catholic community within the school. A key aspect of this position is fostering engagement, progress, achievement and wellbeing of each student.
What we're looking for
- A proven leader with experience in strategic planning, staff development, and fostering a positive school culture.
- A strong commitment to promoting and integrating Catholic values and teachings within the school environment.
- Extensive experience in educational leadership, including innovative teaching practices, curriculum development, and improving student outcomes.
Your responsibilities
- Build a sustainable school community, ensuring stewardship of resources with transparency, accountability and compliance.
- Support the Principal in promoting the religious life of the school and its Catholic identity.
- Grow the engagement, progress, achievement and wellbeing of each student in the school.
About you
- You will have relevant contemporary skills and experience as an Assistant Principal or Deputy Principal, or equivalent experience.
- You will have experience in teaching, and leading the teaching of, religious education.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
- Hold current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
- Be Catholic (or a faith partner of one of our ecumenical schools).
