About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our AWS Infrastructure Services team in APAC. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving Data Center and Network Capacity planning in APAC. You will assess demand requirements and available network resources to determine and drive prime solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor network health, customer demand, anticipate risks, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
  • Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and negotiate trade-offs.
  • Provide regular program progress reporting.
  • End-to-end responsibility for program execution and success.
  • Manage multiple competing projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement and automated solutions.
  • Keep customer experience as primary focus.
About the Team

The Brick and Network Deployment (BaND) team ensures data center network and port capacity is available for incoming customer racks. You will work with the Build's Infra TIPMs, IDND, Optical NW team, and Supply Chain to ensure datacenter capacity is planned and delivered on time.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
  • 3+ years experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure.
  • Excellent written composition and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
