**About the Role**

The Digital Marketing Executive position at Echo Entertainment Group presents an opportunity to support the implementation of our digital and social marketing strategy across assigned properties. This role involves working creatively and collaboratively with our marketing team to drive engagement and growth.

Please note this is a maternity leave cover for 12 months.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in online site management and marketing, specialising in digital channels, including social media marketing
  2. Experience in content planning, scheduling social media accounts, community management, website updates, photography and videography briefs, event coverage, and post-campaign reports
  3. Commercial mindset, linking decisions to commercial outcomes, ROI, and profitability
  4. Data-driven decision making, ensuring all decisions are rooted in data, with a focus on customer insight
  5. Digital and analytical literacy, effectively using and accessing information through digital platforms
