Senior Enterprise Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Risk Specialist to join our Enterprise Risk team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will directly support the Head of Enterprise Risk to establish a risk operating model to manage and mitigate risks, issues, and incidents across VGW.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assess and monitor risks across various business units, identifying areas for improvement and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk treatment, ensuring accurate and current risk data is maintained in the enterprise risk register.
- Support the integration of risk management practices into business processes and decision-making, including the implementation of GRC tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
- At least 5-7 years of experience in risk management and/or consultancy across a broad range of domains, including operational, cyber and information security, finance, and legal and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and standards such as ISO 31000, COSO ERM, or NIST.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identify and address potential risks, issues, and incidents.
