Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate risk management to ensure effective project delivery and adherence to industry standards.
  • Undertake qualitative and quantitative risk assessments to support informed decision-making.
  • Perform risk assessments for cost and prolongation risks related to time activities.
  • Build and promote a risk-aware culture across the project, including facilitating risk workshops as required.
  • Ensure accurate understanding of actual and potential risk exposures across the project and provide solutions and mitigations.
  • Complete risk reporting associated with monitoring project contingency and potential scope modifications.
  • Update the risk register to facilitate the management of the project risk profile.
  • Provide subject matter expert advice to the project management team on risk management.
  • Coordinate and review project status reporting and assist with arrangements for key governance meetings.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience working in complex, large-scale multidisciplinary projects in the infrastructure industry.
  • Experience in using risk databases and risk management systems, including CURA and @RISK.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to anticipate and follow-through on tasks.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
