Job Title: Principal Reliability Architect

We are seeking a seasoned SRE professional to drive enduring reliability across all products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, deep experience in SRE, and excellent leadership skills.

  • The successful candidate will own the incident management process, provide expert guidance during critical outages, and lead the transformation to a world-leading SRE organization.
  • The chosen candidate will collaborate with product teams to thoroughly analyze failures and integrate insights to improve service reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • The Lead Engineer will develop scalable process frameworks and observability strategies for rapid problem diagnosis, response, and service reliability.
  • Promoting a customer-focused approach by addressing global customer environment issues and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the SRE team.
About the Role:

As a Lead Engineer, you will have the chance to drive best practice across the business, contribute to ongoing transformation of our SRE culture, and lead technical discussions to identify and track actions associated with incident situations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Owning the incident management process to ensure enduring reliability across all products and services.
  2. Providing expert leadership during critical outages, coordinating multiple teams for streamlined decision-making and quick resolution.
  3. Leading and advocating for transformation to a world-leading SRE organization, promoting SRE principles within the Engineering Department.
  4. Promoting a customer-focused approach by addressing global customer environment issues and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the SRE team.
  5. Developing scalable process frameworks and observability strategies for rapid problem diagnosis, response, and service reliability.
  6. Collaborating with product teams to thoroughly analyze failures and integrate insights to improve service reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
