In-House Counsel

We are seeking a skilled and experienced commercial lawyer to join our team as In-House Counsel. As a key member of our national team, you will provide hands-on advice on a range of commercial issues and be involved in cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities- Advise and negotiate contracts, prepare and advise on transaction documents
- Be exposed to large projects and construction, including renewable gas projects underpinning our low carbon vision
- Work on regulatory and competition law matters
We are looking for a lawyer with front-end experience and training gained in leading law firms or in-house teams with around 4-8 PQE. You will need to be an Australian-based lawyer with a current practicing certificate and quality experience and academics.
