Pricing Opportunity

This position supports the Pricing Strategy in delivering solutions across Acquisition, Repricing, Customer Retention Unit and Fixed Rate Rollover.

  • Supports the pricing strategy with strong analytical capabilities to drive portfolio pricing optimisation.
  • Collaborates effectively within the Pricing Team and across Home Buying and support functions to identify and lead pricing initiatives.
  • Contributes to the development of insights and analytics to enhance reporting, governance and project management.
  • Provides ad-hoc data analysis and deep dives to support decision making, communicating complex material in a simple manner.
  • Monitors and acts on competitor, regulatory, customer and industry changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years financial services experience in a high-performing environment within Retail Banking, Product, Risk or Finance.
  • Home Buying Product/Pricing experience within a Finance or equivalent discipline will be highly regarded.
  • Proven delivery and execution experience with ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Commercial acumen and professional judgement with the ability to make recommendations and draw out insights.
  • Degree qualified in a business, finance or scientific field.
