**Job Title:** Trauma Registry Data Clerk

**About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Trauma Registry Data Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and high-quality data within our trauma registry.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and high-quality data within the trauma registry
- Ensure data is up-to-date and complete, meeting inclusion criteria and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers

**Requirements:*

- Experience with health-related data entry and database management systems
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of body systems, medical terminology, and common medical procedures
- Familiarity with medical records and clinical documentation
- High-level written communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative and self-direction

**Desirable Skills:*

- Experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R)
- Previous experience in managing/curating large datasets
