**Senior Frame and Truss Production Lead**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frame and Truss Production Lead to oversee the daily operations of our frame and truss manufacturing team.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage the production process, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and drive efficiency improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in timber frame and truss manufacturing, excellent communication and people management skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the daily running of production, providing direction and supervision to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control production costs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational efficiencies and meet production targets.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in managing and building teams in a production role.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of frame and truss manufacturing equipment.
  • Timber frame and truss experience essential.
  • Well-developed communication and people management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of WHS legislation.
  • Certificate III in Timber Truss and Frame Manufacture highly desirable.
