Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Contracts Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise quotations for maintenance agreements, UPS health checks and remedial works.
  • Establish warranty maintenance agreements and plans for ongoing routine maintenance.
  • Use CRM system to maintain customer inventory information, raise service orders and process contract exchanges.
  • Manage documentation and customer inventory in company database.
  • Provide support to sales, service and management teams as required.
  • Liaise with management and accounts team to report on contract performance and invoicing.

Requirements:

  1. Strong organisational and communication skills.
  2. Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Outlook.
  3. Experience with stocktake.
  4. Strong customer service skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
