Job Title: Junior HSE Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team as a Junior HSE Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the health, safety and environmental well-being of our employees, clients and stakeholders.

The main responsibilities of this position include site-based coordination, assisting in the preparation of health and safety plans, ensuring compliance with current regulations, providing training and advice to team members and subcontractors, conducting reviews and risk analysis, and investigating incidents.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum Cert IV in OH&S and 12 + months of experience in an HSE role within the Commercial New Build construction industry. Previous experience working for a head contractor is also necessary.
