Clinical Pharmacist (Rotational)
Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality patient care through safe and effective clinical practices.
- Providing accurate information about medications and their usage to patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Working effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Participating in rotations to different sites, enhancing professional development.
Applicants should possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
- Full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
- Adequate level of clinical knowledge of current drug usage, interactions, and counselling.
- Highly developed communication and liaison skills.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Recent hospital pharmacy experience working as a clinical pharmacist is desirable.
