
Organisational Change Partner

A key opportunity exists to partner with internal stakeholders and project teams to deliver organisational change management initiatives across multiple IT and business projects.
- Take a leadership role in delivering clear and identifiable results that assist project and the business in embedding change.
- Partner with stakeholders to support them with overall program and/or project level business change activities.
- Monitor change progress and ensure all project governance requirements are met, including planning, risk identification and management, reporting and project management.
- Support the design, development and delivery of project communications, ensuring adequate communication has been provided throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Work with project managers to conduct impact analysis, stakeholder analysis and other key change deliverables.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology/Business Management/Communications and demonstrated end-to-end change management experience working on complex/large projects using a structured approach.
- Prosci certification and demonstrated use of the ADKAR model.
- Digital, data and technology program and/or project experience preferred.
