Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Fixed Plant Maintenance department.

Your primary focus will be on undertaking routine and non-routine maintenance activities to ensure all work is completed on schedule in a safe and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Fixed Plant environment and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to draw and interpret simple engineering drawings.

You will also have a strong background in problem-solving and analytical thinking, with a willingness to step up and contribute to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on all fixed plant mining equipment.
  • Execute work orders as per schedule and relevant work instructions associated with them.
  • Ensure compliance to the work management process and capture related transactional data into SAP system.
  • Provide input into root cause analysis and subsequent resolution of issues affecting equipment reliability.
