Job Role Overview

As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in the success of our online business. You will be responsible for managing our online liquor fulfilment centre, ensuring the efficient processing and delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to growth initiatives to achieve key online and commercial targets
  • Manage team members to ensure effective cost control, sales target achievement, and safe working practices
  • Lead and coach team members to develop their skills and meet financial and service goals
  • Ensure all team members work safely and address any safety concerns or breaches immediately

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage costs, and lead teams effectively
  • Current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
  • Ability to undergo a Police Check if required
