As a key member of the visual merchandising team, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement in-store experiences that bring our brand direction to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design visual displays that showcase our products in an attractive and commercially effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising manager to ensure cohesive and engaging store presentations.
  • Maintain fixtures and equipment in line with safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for customers and staff.
  • Set up promotional collateral throughout the store, effectively communicating product information and promotions.
  • Identify opportunities to further enhance our visual impact, suggesting innovative ideas to improve store displays.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure we provide a premium retail experience, meeting customer expectations and driving sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Completed or working towards a Visual Merchandising or Design qualification.
  • Creative eye for detail, combined with commercial acumen and an understanding of consumer behaviour.
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
