About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team, where you will play a pivotal part in driving growth and expansion of our property management services.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic business plans to generate new opportunities, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth within the property management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns, door knocking, and phone canvassing.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to grow our rent roll and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market appraisals and present our property management services to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits we offer.
  • Convert proposals into management agreements and coordinate documentation to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
  • Provide expert advice and insights to clients, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on business development and client interactions to inform future strategy.
  • Pursue networking opportunities at industry events to generate referrals and collaborate with Sales to convert leads into new managements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A proven track record in business development, with a history of securing new business and expanding client bases.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Experience in the local property market, with a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • A sound knowledge of applicable Real Estate legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • A current Property Management and/or Real Estate Licence, Certificate of Registration, and driver's licence.
