Job Summary

This role involves assisting organisations and individuals in managing and resolving tax disputes with revenue authorities.

Applicants must be interested in a full or part-time role with flexibility provided through KPMG's market leading leave and flexible/hybrid working models.

  • You will have the opportunity to work with clients on risk reviews, audits and disputes, including complex ATO audits, preparing objections and advising on tax law and administrative law.
  • Working with a range of clients and specialists across KPMG to develop written and oral advocacy skills and provide legal advice.
Key Responsibilities
  • Tax Dispute Resolution: Prepare for and resolve client risk reviews, audits and disputes with revenue authorities.
  • Litigation Support: Work on complex ATO audits, prepare objections and advise clients on tax law and administrative law.
  • Clients and Specialists: Collaborate with clients and specialists to develop written and oral advocacy skills and provide legal advice.
