Job Title:

A Hospitality Leader is required to oversee the smooth operation of our Food and Beverage department.

  • This role requires a high level of customer interaction, staff leadership, training, and delegation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to provide excellent customer service to all guests.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all staff in their sections and ensuring they maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing advice and recommendations to customers on food and beverage products.
  • Ensuring the front counter area is welcoming, clean, and well-signed.
  • Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback to management.
  • Performing point-of-sale transactions, including register operation, receiving, and processing cash or credit payments.
  • Coordinating with the team to ensure daily routines and task schedules are completed.

Requirements:

  • Holding a current Driver's Licence.
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
  • Experience in a similar role and long-term commitment to the industry.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (QLD).

Preferred Criteria:

  • Holding a First Aid Qualification.
  • Holding a Diploma of Hospitality.
