Job Overview:

Aviation Compliance Coordinator role at Brisbane Airport involves conducting audits, managing training records, and performing spot checks. The job requires a strong leader who can foster team engagement, ensure staff are supported, and professionally managed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage training records for Security Officers, Supervisors, and Site Security Managers.
  • Investigate incidents and support performance management or disciplinary procedures as needed.
  • Deliver compliance training to Security Officers and provide support for training programs for Supervisors and Site Security Manager.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling personnel and training-related matters.
  • Promote a positive Work Health and Safety (WHS) culture and lead local safety initiatives.

Requirements:

This role is ideal for someone with 12 months experience in a high-compliance environment, holding an ASIC or having the ability to obtain one. A Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (TSP) is also required. Strong leadership skills, excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
