- Conduct vintage and BIN number checks to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Professional qualification in wine and beverage, preferably with a recognized certification.
- Approved Manager Certification from a nationally accredited training provider.
- Nationally recognized Food Safety Certification for Supervisors.
- Experience working in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
