We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide outstanding customer service and resolve any queries or issues in a professional manner
  • To maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including their features, benefits and applications
  • To process transactions accurately and efficiently, using point of sale systems and other retail technologies
  • To maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring that the sales floor is always well-stocked and visually appealing
  • To work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 hours per week, including a Saturday or Sunday
  • Retail fashion apparel experience, preferably with a strong background in high-volume stock processes
  • An eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
