Junior Legal Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Legal Professional to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting lawyers and partners, enabling them to focus on client satisfaction and growth.

The work will be varied, fulfilling, and highly respected. Our team invests in your development through an outstanding Academy, offering learning resources tailored to your individual growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Offer high-level support to partners and fee earners.
  2. Assist across various practice groups to develop specialized expertise in areas like corporate, real estate, litigation, finance & projects, and business development.
  3. Engage stakeholders to build relationships with partners and fee earners in all practice groups.
  4. Understand document management processes (iManage).
  5. Assist fee earners in organizing meetings and preparing agendas and meeting papers.
  6. Use document production for creating initial draft documents.
  7. Support ad-hoc projects, such as bundle management and team events.
  8. Create, close, and archive client matter files.
  9. Perform other secretarial or administrative duties as required, including filing and photocopying.
Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Entry-level to 1-year experience working as a Legal Assistant.
  • A 12-month contract, with potential extension or Permanent.
  • Familiarity with document management systems from previous roles.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong ability in managing calendars effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • An approachable and friendly demeanor.
  • An enthusiastic attitude towards learning and developing skills.
