Job Title: Permanent and Casual Production Workers

We are seeking reliable individuals to join our team as permanent and casual production workers in a fast-paced seafood processing environment.

Job Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible for working in a dynamic production environment, maintaining high-quality products, and adhering to strict food safety and occupational health and safety requirements. Previous experience in a seafood processing or production environment is highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided.

The role offers a flexible work environment with day and afternoon shifts available Monday to Friday, with some weekend work. We operate an 8-hour shift schedule with penalty rates applying.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong work history in a processing or production environment
  • Ability to work in compliance with our food safety and OH&S requirements
  • Ability to contribute to a team and work autonomously
  • A Forklift ticket (highly regarded but not essential)
