Job Title:

Civil Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design, coordination and project delivery of urban, land and subdivision projects from feasibility to completion.
  • Prepare technical reports and specifications for various stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on civil engineering matters to clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary projects, fostering collaboration between different teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain professional knowledge and skills in civil engineering, including planning, design and construction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in civil engineering design and project delivery, preferably in urban, land and subdivision projects.
  • Strong understanding of current civil engineering technologies, including design, modeling and construction techniques.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on report writing and presentation.
  • Relevant professional registrations and accreditations.
