Leading Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated educator to join our team as a Second in Charge at Fairy Meadow Fun Club.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality care and education for school-aged children, with the ability to create respectful and long-lasting relationships with parents and carers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the service complies with Big Fat Smile policies and procedures and all components of the National Quality Framework and Child Protection Legislation while working closely with your Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to school-aged children
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Working closely with the Director to ensure the service meets its goals and objectives
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the service's care

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification (desirable)
  • Identify and Respond qualification (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of the NQF, My Time Our Place, and what
