Job Overview

Regional Service Manager

You will join the technical software services team, a cornerstone of global digital technology. The team engineers platforms and designs tools with a focus on various sectors, collaborating with business leaders and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of technical software solutions.

This involves leading a team of technical specialists, interfacing globally to support project delivery and the adoption of best-in-class engineering tools and platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of Technical Specialists to support project delivery and the adoption of best-in-class engineering tools and platforms.
  • Designing, implementing, operating, and supporting Enterprise Data Management Systems (EDMS) and Computer-Aided Design and Engineering (CDE) services in Australia/Europe, ensuring meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.
  • Maintaining and managing core Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) engineering application portfolios from Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, and Trimble, focusing on integration between disciplines and EDMS/CDE solutions.
  • Collaborating with Project Directors, Managers, and Engineers to define needs and requirements as part of a global technology specialist team delivering solutions.
  • Driving innovation by working with vendors and technology providers to implement robust services that improve project delivery and align with business needs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Prior working experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.
  • A good understanding of the design, implementation, and operation of EDMS and CDE systems.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication with a flexible approach to delivering solutions that meet changing business requirements.
  • Working knowledge of international industry standards.
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and standards.
