We are seeking an experienced and well-presented Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic Brisbane office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive first impression of the Firm, greeting clients and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Present a professional image by greeting visitors and directing them to the correct team member or department.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-maintained.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings, setup, and presentations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate reception or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in IT solutions and audio-visual equipment.
