Exhibition Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our iconic buildings and exhibitions.
- The successful applicant will have a demonstrated understanding of health and safety principles, strong relationship and stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in managing maintenance and service contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, arrange and oversee repairs and maintenance of grounds, facilities and equipment at Melbourne Museum and IMAX.
- Manage inspection and testing programs for Essential Safety Measures serving the Melbourne Museum and IMAX building and adjacent underground car park.
- Deliver contracted planned maintenance and repair services for heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration, fire, hydraulic, electrical, vertical transport and other maintenance disciplines.
- Demonstrated understanding of health and safety principles and relevant legislation.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in managing maintenance and service contracts.
