Customer Success Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for empowering clients to reach their goals using Nosto's Personalization Platform.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of analytical and creative skills, with a deep understanding of Ecommerce and its ecosystem. You will work closely with clients to ensure a professional experience with Nosto and maintain Nosto's position as the global leader in personalization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering clients to reach their goals using Nosto's platform
  • Owning the entire client lifecycle after onboarding
  • Engaging with clients and building personal relationships
  • Identifying win-win expansion opportunities for additional client investments
  • Maintaining high average Net Revenue Retention (NRR) rate within your portfolio of clients

Requirements for this role include:

  • An analytical mindset coupled with a creative spirit
  • A deep understanding of Ecommerce and its ecosystem
  • 2+ Years of Customer Success Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to challenge client assumptions while maintaining service-mindedness
