As a key member of the talent scouting team, you will focus on identifying, signing, and managing emerging male and female talent to drive revenue growth.\

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Identify and sign suitable talent for our business.
  • Establish new partnerships with customer and agency relationships.
  • Collaborate strategically with colleagues to ensure commercial opportunities are realized.
  • Work creatively on editorial and image projects to support individual model trajectories.
  • Identify emerging creative talent for collaboration.
  • Coordinate with colleagues globally to align on projects and business goals.
  • Maintain awareness of the broader market trends.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with experience in talent management, business development, and relationship building. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the fashion industry.\
