We are seeking an Artisan Baker to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality bread and pastries, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality bread and pastries with exceptional presentation and creativity.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and presentation at all times.
  • Assist and support other team members whenever possible.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including wiping down benches, fridges, surfaces, and floors.

Requirements:

  • Experience in bread production and pastry-making.
  • Detailed understanding of bread production procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
