The ideal candidate will have experience managing kitchen operations, leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. As the chef manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our commercial kitchen and dining service, ensuring that residents enjoy a variety of fresh and nutritious meals on a daily basis. Meals must be creatively presented and tasty.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
- Manage kitchen budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensure high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
