Key Responsibilities
- Meet direct production targets to ensure adequate cylinder inventory in alignment with company policies and customer demands.
- Manage the loading and unloading of cylinder transport vehicles.
- Coordinate the organization of gas cylinders for distribution and refilling within the facility.
- Utilize forklifts to collect empty cylinders and position them in designated high-pressure areas for refilling.
- Operate computerized systems for the filling of gas cylinders.
- Prepare and label filled cylinders for distribution.
- Oversee the receipt and dispatch of both primary and secondary product orders across the region and within company sites.
- Ensure compliance with load restraint regulations during the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Conduct product analysis checks according to documented standard operating procedures (DSOPs) and product specifications.
- Produce dry ice as per customer requests and manage its distribution.
- Perform testing of cylinders to adhere to Australian safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all tested cylinders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to manage personal efficiency while handling competing priorities.
- Familiarity with process operations and mechanical systems.
- Capability to interpret and understand procedures related to filling operations.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols.
